Frank wasn't built on a whiteboard - it grew out of years of hands-on practice. As the integration team for one of the largest voice AI providers in the DACH region, we shipped and put hundreds of phone agents live for companies across every kind of industry.

Along the way, we kept noticing the same thing: voice AI solutions weren't built for sales. They're built for customer support - a fancy new answering machine that takes inbound requests. That doesn't solve the problems salespeople actually have. If you want to actively win new customers, you need something different.

We come from sales ourselves - with years of experience in both B2B and B2C. We know how prospecting, qualification and follow-up really work, and we know exactly where the existing tools fall short. That's the problem we set out to solve.

At first we cobbled everything together ourselves - automation, voice platforms and spreadsheets. It worked surprisingly well: automatic redialing, follow-up logic, lead qualification, structured call outcomes. But it was never a product. Everything was scattered across multiple tools, needed technical setup and wasn't built for sales teams. Over time it became clear: the problem was never the voice technology - it was the missing system around it. So we built Frank.
